Four client case studies with the exact figures: reactions, comments, cost per lead, appointments and return on ad spend, each with its period and source.
Figures come from my case-study records and the platform screenshots shown. Where a record does not state a period or a closed revenue figure, the case says so.
Shayna Ecounified, 2023, first 45 days
81,900
reactions on a single founder post
Founder LinkedIn for Paras Saluja, recycled-plastic tiles. Work: LinkedIn, Content automation.
Challenge
A sustainability founder with a strong story and no time to publish it. Content had to run without taking hours from running the business, and it had to reach buyers, press and government stakeholders, not only peers.
What was done
Founder-voice LinkedIn posts built around the recycled-plastic story and the commercial case, not only the environmental one.
Content and inbound marketing automation so posting and follow-up did not depend on the founder’s calendar.
Positioning for several markets at once, including large corporate buyers.
Outcome
81,900 reactions, 4,130 comments and 1,515 reposts on one post.
100+ PR and networking opportunities within 45 days.
A 300% increase in brand outreach, as recorded in the case file.
The founder saved 10+ hours a week on content.
Investor and collaboration requests arrived in his inbox from the posts (screenshots below).
Note: The case file rounds the top post to 85,000 likes; the figure above is the reaction count read from the LinkedIn screenshot.

Company LinkedIn page. Work: LinkedIn, Newsletters, Analytics.
Challenge
A media-technology company page that needed organic reach among decision-makers, and evidence of whether paid promotion of posts was worth the budget.
What was done
LinkedIn content funnels using newsletters, so a post could lead to a subscription and not only a like.
Thought-leadership posts aimed at decision-makers.
Content outreach to put each post in front of the right audience.
An analytics review within 15 days of posting.
Outcome
Reactions up 642.1% to 1,499, comments up 283.3% to 69, reposts up 250% to 28.
Steady organic impressions across the whole period, with repeated peaks.
In the first month, sponsored posts performed 95% worse than organic posts, which moved effort to organic.
New followers, organic versus sponsored
Organic post stats: 3.9% and 5.08% engagement rates
Suflex Media, 2024 (the record gives no start and end dates)
22x
average return on ad spend
Personal-branding and ghostwriting firm, India. Work: Meta ads (Instagram and Facebook), Funnel, Strategy calls.
Challenge
No funnel, no automation, no content strategy and no marketing strategy. The firm had been stuck with junk leads for over eight months and could not get qualified CEOs and CXOs into meetings.
What was done
Competitor research first: how comparable firms reached the same revenue, which platforms, which audience, which funnel.
Lead-generation campaigns on Meta, about 70% Instagram and 30% Facebook, with several ad sets for different audience clusters.
Static, carousel and catalog ad creative; lookalike audiences built from engaged people; manual bid caps to hold cost per lead steady.
One-to-one strategy calls as the conversion step.
Outcome
Average cost per lead of INR 350 on INR 24,987 of ad spend.
10+ clients onboarded.
INR 5,50,000 in revenue, a 22x average return on ad spend.
The client kept the engagement.
Note: This one was paid Meta lead generation, not LinkedIn. It is included because the figures are complete.
Nisha Nayn (Blue Mango Digital), Campaigns launched the second week of October 2024
14
appointments from INR 3,009 of ad spend
Personal-branding consultant. Work: Meta ads (Instagram and Facebook), Landing page, Strategy calls.
Challenge
A personal-branding service in a crowded, saturated segment with a high ticket size. No funnel, automation or marketing strategy, and difficulty getting qualified senior people into meetings.
What was done
The same research-first method: study competitors reaching the target revenue, then copy the funnel structure and positioning that works.
Meta lead-generation campaigns, about 70% Instagram and 30% Facebook, with lookalike audiences built from engaged people.
A dedicated landing page and manual bid caps for a steady cost per lead.
Outcome
Average cost per lead of INR 214.90.
14 appointments generated on INR 3,009 of ad spend.
3 deals in the pipeline at the time of the record.
Positive client feedback on lead quality.
Note: Early result: the record was written shortly after launch, so closed revenue is not stated.
